Our store provides you with the ability to return products within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of dispatch.
If you wish to make a return please contact us by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. In case of a defective product, please send us photos where the defect will be clearly visible.
Terms & Conditions
The product should in any case be in its original condition. This means that it must not have been used, that it must have all its labels and that its packaging must not have been damaged.
To return a product, pack it in such a way that it is protected during transport. The product must be accompanied by all the documents with which you received it, such as the retail receipt.
Returns must be made with the same Courier company with which the products were received. In case of use of another courier company, the return costs charge the customer.
Order cancellations are charged to the customer with a charge equal to 50% of the value of the order products.
Returns of defective products
For the return of a defective product or in case you received the wrong product and if the above conditions are met, follow the steps below to complete the return.
1) Contact our store by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, accompanied by photos of the defect if it is a defective product.
Pack and return the product to us in consultation with the courier who delivered it to you at the recipient’s expense.
